Delivery

All of the products listed on our website are physically in stock at our shop and are ready to be dispatched to you the same day that you place your order (for orders made before 4.30pm).
Orders made after 4.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders will be sent to you First Class using Royal Mail and will cost a flat fee of £3.89.

Returns

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase from us, but if you are not for whatever reason, please return the unworn product to us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.

We can only accept returns after you have contacted us on 07736 470662 or info@wagsshoesonline.co.uk. Please don't return items without contacting us first.
Returns must be unworn, in the original undamaged box and must include all original packaging.

For returns made by post, you are responsible for the postage costs. If the product is faulty then we will refund the cost of postage.
